The Spirit Show Buyer Registration Form

      
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Discounted buyer registration of $25.00 is available to all qualified buyers who pre-register prior to April 1, 2008. Upon arriving at the show, the $25.00 will be given back to the pre-registered store in the form of a discount certificate that may be used with selected Spirit Show exhibitors. (Certificates will be given only to those stores physically in attendance and they cannot be given to individuals acting on behalf of another storeowner.)   Registrations received between April 1, 2008 and May 1, 2008 will remain at $25.00 but will not earn a certificate.   

On May 1, 2008, registration will be $40.00 per store. This non-refundable registration fee does not include the discount certificates.

Each store is entitled to one show tote bag per registration.   Additional tote bags can be pre-ordered by May 1, 2008 for $5 each.   After May 1, 2008, tote bags may be purchased based on availability.

Registration payments may be made through a company check, Visa, or MasterCard. Sorry, no personal checks.

For our buyers' protection as well as the exhibitors', those not in attendance in 2007 will be asked to submit two pieces of business identification with the appropriate forms. A photocopy of a resale tax certificate as well as another form of business identification must be sent with the registration form. Incomplete registration requirements will be returned.
